MHMP! Facilitator – Kathleen Carnegie-Grant

KATHLEEN GRANT has always had a passion for natural health and helping others. After 20 years in the medical field as a cardiovascular sonographer, she felt her true calling was to empower busy women over 40 to create a vibrant, healthy life for themselves and their families.

Kathleen has always been on a mission of helping people through their health challenges. She also has been helping cancer survivors by coaching them through a long-term raw foods journey of wellness.

After making a decision to join My health, My Priority Whole Food, Plant-Based movement as a facilitator, she stopped consuming dairy, chicken, fish and coconut and olive oils. In 10 days, to her amazement, she lost 5 lbs. and her blood pressure dropped 10 points, all without ever feeling hungry or deprived.

As a certified health coach, she is excited to share the true benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet and celebrate a healthier and longer life for all those who are ready to take their health to the next level.
