Enrolling in the 12 week “My Health, My Priority!” Program is designed to support you as you change your lifestyle and health, and it is easy to sign up.

GROUP 1: Open – VIRTUAL
LOCATION: Your Home or Office Computer via Zoom Private Group Webinar
STARTS: Fridays beginning Sept. 13, 2019
WEEKLY TIME: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm MT
Group Facilitator: MARJORIE LEON, Grand Junction, CO
MARJORIE LEON is a Tiny Habits Certified Coach and has been engaged in the nutrition front for over 8 years, teaching Plant Based Nutrition, Emotional Eating and Binge Eating, Eating to Beat Heart Disease and Diabetes in addition to Cooking with Whole Foods. She has appeared on both local television and radio for several years, showing how easy it can be to adopt a Whole Foods, Plant Based diet.
Marjorie holds a Master’s degree in psychology and is in the process of completing her doctoral thesis on the topic of Cognition and Obesity in Women. She is certified in Plant Based Nutrition through eCornell and has completed the Forks Over Knives cooking certification in Plant Based Cuisine. She has studied under Dr. Pam Popper, Dr. T. Colin Campbell and Dr. John McDougall and others.
Marjorie is our J1T4H Tiny Habits Coach and one of our go to Experts on WFPB Nutrution. Her virtual group is open and is filling quickly.
GROUP 2: Open – IN PERSON

STARTS: Wednesdays beginning Sept. 18, 2019

Group Facilitator: ALYSSA OHNMACHT, Glenwood Springs, CO
ALYSSA OHNMACHT has had a fairly short relationship with a WFPB no SOS lifestyle. She is fully committed to preventing the heart-disease that runs in her family and she is passionate about sharing information about this lifestyle with anyone who is interested.
Professionally, Alyssa partners with self-published authors to help them get their books into print. It was while working on one of these books, Enjoy Optimal Health by Dr. Greg Feinsinger, that her mom had a heart incident requiring a stent. One thing led to another and Alyssa realized that adopting a WFPB no SOS lifestyle was THE choice she had to live her life fully, the way she wants to live.
Alyssa is a certified Infinite Possibilities Trainer, and is one of our My Health, My Priority facilitators.

STARTS: Tuesdays beginning Sept. 24, 2019

Group Facilitator: JANET LASH, San Francisco Bay Area, CA
JANET LASH has always believed in living a healthy lifestyle, eating mostly plant-based, having a robust exercising regimen and staying focused spiritually through a practice of meditation and affirmations. However, when her husband was struck with a life threating autoimmune disease several years ago, eating healthier and incorporating a plant-based diet into both of their lives became more of her focus.
Janet is an expert event consultant known for excellence, style, calmness, and commitment to delivering on her client’s unique event requirements. She has more than 20 years of cultivating long-term relationships and successfully fulfilling on consistent high-caliber and stylish events on-time and within budget, including influencing her clients to add more whole plant foods into their event menus.
Janet is passionate about bringing that same presence to facilitating her groups and empowering more people to change their lives for better health.
GROUP 4: Open – IN PERSON

Group Facilitator: KATHLEEN GRANT, Atlanta, Lilburn, Stone Mountain, GA
KATHLEEN GRANT has always had a passion for natural health and helping others. After 20 years in the medical field as a cardiovascular sonographer, she felt her true calling was to empower busy women over 40 to create a vibrant, healthy life for themselves and their families.
After making a decision to join My health, My Priority Whole Food, Plant-Based movement as a facilitator, she stopped consuming dairy, chicken, fish and coconut and olive oils. In 10 days, to her amazement, she lost 5 lbs. and her blood pressure dropped 10 points, all without ever feeling hungry or deprived.
As a certified health coach, she is excited to share the true benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet and celebrate a healthier and longer life for all those who are ready to take their health to the next level. Let’s do this!
