SARA GROSSMAN is a non-judgmental, whole foods plant-based vegan, yoga teacher, and health enthusiast. Over two decades later she became vegan, inspired by spiritual and ethical yogic studies. Even though a vegan, Sara was still eating processed and fried foods and an excess an artificial and sugary junk food. Finding this program, Sara finally decided to clean up her diet and become entirely whole foods and plant-based.

Today she’s excited that she feels better with this nutritious diet and healthy lifestyle. She says, “I’m lighter, happier, more confident, and have more clarity and energy.”

ALEXIS ROBINSON-FELDMAN was very obese, had high blood pressure, was pre-diabetic and had high cholesterol. In 2006, she was in the middle of a divorce and would become a single mom to her autistic son and 1- year old nephew. The stress mounted and it became evident that a change was required.

Alexis elected to have gastric bypass surgery in 2008 and it awakened her to the need to change her eating habits and lifestyle. She had to learn a whole new way to get her nutritional needs met and embarked on a journey that led her to live a more plant-based lifestyle.

WEEKLY TIME:    2:00 pm to 3:30 pm ET

V. LYNN HAWKINS is a business and personal development coach, partner with Hippocrates Docs, an influencer and leader with a passion for advocating towards a healthy lifestyle and using food as medicine. To work on herself first, V.Lynn became certified as a hypnosis and EFT practitioner. Using these tools with clients, it wasn’t long before she saw that women still had continual stressors with building businesses, raising families and having a healthy relationship with their significant others. Many experienced over-eating as a comfort coping mechanism and a crutch. This inspired V.Lynn to take things to another level.

As Lynn was developing her 30+ year corporate career, she also developed a successful nearly 20 year career as a certified fitness instructor. For V.Lynn, the devastation of a torn ACL and knee surgery curbed her fitness career, yet it did not stop her from pursuing her best health.

Working with a Naturopathic Doctor, V.Lynn was able to discover why her recovery from the surgery didn’t go as she expected, and a few years later she was introduced to the Whole Foods, Plant-Based Lifestyle Movement. It’s been an incredible journey of learning and experiencing life and food for her since then.

Now, Lynn is even more passionate about helping people regain their health and reclaim their lives. Her desire is to share the information and opportunities she’s a part of, empowering others to live their best life now!
